About The Project

Potluck’s fall 2017 programming focused on non-language based family performances and The Polar Bears Go Up was the perfect work to share with Northwest Arkansas Families. Fish and Game’s innovative work in wordless physical theatre made for an unforgettably charming experience. Performances were enhanced with multiple engagement activities, including Potluck’s Pre-show playroom where our youngest theatre-goers could explore the world of circus by learning a circus trick, reading a book, or creating a take-home craft. Post-show each child received a gold star balloon sticker as a memento. This program was used to pilot an accessible $1 ticket for arts newcomers and families to experience circus together.
