BEDTIME STORIES

Upswing

London UK

Bedtime Stories welcomes children and their parents into an immersive world of a giant child’s bedroom, where a magical story unfolds at bedtime, traversing the real and the imaginary. Audiences enter a theater space transformed by a circular patchwork of beds, mattresses, pillows, and blankets where the audience can settle in comfortably, unwinding and reconnecting within their family units or with classmates. Bedtime Stories depicts bedtime rituals, and the struggles of contemporary families to find time to be together and reconnect, infusing these everyday activities with the amazing dimensions of aerial dance and partner acrobatics.
